IN MID-DECEMBER 2008, Rep. Jeff Wood, I-Bloomer, was picked up for DUI and possession of marijuana in Columbia County.

On April 30, Wood pleaded not guilty in Columbia County Circuit Court. The case was set for a jury trial.

At a hearing on May 22, Jeff’s lawyer, Tracey Wood, filed a motion to suppress, which typically relates to evidence of some kind or a constitutional violation by the government.
