POLITICAL CAPITAL: How many lakes must be drawn down before Scott Walker's greed is checked? The very thought of perpetual high-capacity wells is too damned important for piggish politicians to consider let alone permit. Corporations aren’t self-reliant, especially since they’re dependent on compliant Bigly Fitz, Boss Vos, Skippy Walker and Giggles. The Assembly passed the high-capacity well bill last session that included a provision allowing people harmed by water withdrawals to file nuisance actions and requiring the loser to pay attorney fees. The Senate removed that language after Bigly Fitz said the Republican-controlled senate disliked the "loser pays" provision. The Assembly never took the new version up before the session ended. Vos’ mouthpiece Kit Beyer didn't respond.
